Prof. Mirosław Wyrzykowski
Professor emeritus of the Law Faculty of the Warsaw University, Poland. In the period 1990-1995 a professor at the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law in Lausanne and since 1997 visiting professor of the Central European University in Budapest. Lecturer among others at universities of Paris (Sorbonne), Bonn, Sydney, Konstanz, Bayreuth. From 1996 to 2001 Director of the Centre for Constitutionalism and Legal Culture at the Public Affairs Institute. From 1996 to 1999 Deputy Dean and from 1999 to 2001 Dean of the Faculty of Law. From 2001 to 2010 judge of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal. Member and the President (2011-2015) of the Legal Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Member and Vice-president of the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance (ECRI) of the Council of Europe (2012-2016). Member of the Panel 255 of the European Union (2016--2022). Author of numerous publications (monographs, articles, and other works in Polish, and other languages) on administrative and constitutional law.
